Inside the villa
Casa del Capitano is laid out on a single level, with an independent garden suite below for extra privacy.
* Living area: a contemporary living room with two sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area looking out over the gardens and the sea. Blue and green majolica and white walls give the villa a relaxed Mediterranean feel.
* Bedrooms and bathrooms: three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and quality toiletries. There is also a guest bathroom off the living area.
* Garden suite: reached by about ten steps down to a lower level, with a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a private patio overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Outdoor spaces and heated pool
* Patio and BBQ: a shaded patio with lounge seating, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue area.
* Heated pool: Mediterranean gardens lead down to the private pool, with sun loungers, large umbrellas and a wide lawn for sunbathing.
* Pool heating: available from 1 April to 15 June and from 15 September to 30 October, on request and at no extra cost, up to 28°C.
