Always close the gate after entering or leaving the property. Any time guests leave the house it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are properly shut and locked to maintain security and prevent weather damage. Guests should turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Use of the fireplace in the villa is not permitted.
