Please send your cancellation request to info@feelingitaly.com. Your cancellation will be valid as of the email reception time.
When making your booking, it will be necessary for you to provide a 30% deposit payment of the total amount due, upon receipt of your booking confirmation. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, 100% of the amount due will be charged to your payment method. Payments are non-refundable.
These are the standard cancellation policies unless otherwise specified (some properties may offer a refundable rate).
In case of a refundable rate, any refund will be issued net of a 2.5% credit card processing fee.
