Inside the villa
Villa Giulia is made up of three separate apartments, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, giving groups flexibility and privacy.
* First apartment (left wing): a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a patio with a traditional pizza oven. There is a sea view double bedroom with a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and lovely sea views, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom just next door for extra privacy. Outside stairs lead up to a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.
* Second apartment (central): a large living area with a kitchen and a panoramic terrace with lounge seating. A wooden staircase leads up to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
* Third apartment (garden level): a living area with comfortable seating, a double sofa bed and a kitchen opening onto a patio among olive trees, with a shaded pergola and dining table. There is a king-size bedroom with patio access and a bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a double bedroom with private bathroom and its own door to the garden.
Outdoor spaces and infinity pool
The outdoor areas are set over two levels, made for Mediterranean living:
* Upper level: the infinity pool, jacuzzi and sun terrace, surrounded by a flower garden with sweeping views over the coast.
* Lower level: an outdoor kitchen under a traditional Sorrentine pergola, a large dining table with wonderful views, and a lawn and garden with lemon and orange trees. Perfect for long lunches, relaxed dinners and sunsets.
* Pool heating: available from 1 April to 15 June and from 15 September to 30 October, on request in advance.
