Classic-Style Living Area and Dining Space: A grand marble staircase leads to a beautifully furnished living area with vaulted ceilings, vintage decor, and terrace access. A cozy study, intimate lounge, and fully equipped kitchen make this floor perfect for gatherings.
Additional Bedrooms: Three more double bedrooms, including one with twin beds, offer luxurious sleeping spaces with fine decor and views of the Gulf. The spacious dining area on this floor opens onto a terrace, creating an idyllic spot for al fresco dining.
Outdoor Spaces
Villa Murat’s outdoor areas celebrate the natural beauty of the Mediterranean landscape:
Terraces and Gardens: Multiple terraces offer lounging and dining spaces with stunning views over Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The surrounding gardens, filled with native trees, create a peaceful retreat.
Private Heated Pool and Sun Lounging Area: The pool area, with sun loungers and deck chairs, is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a serene escape with views of the sea. Pool Heating: Available upon request, pool heating is offered from 1st April to June 15th and from September 15th -1 st November 15th, with the temperature set at a maximum temperature of around 27°C. Please inform staff if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Onsite Caretaker: A caretaker lives on the property in a private apartment within the villa. Please note that the main entrance is shared. He is responsible for maintaining the garden and swimming pool.
