Are your properties suitable for children?

The vast majority of our homes are child-friendly. If you have specific questions about safety features, layouts, or amenities for a particular property, please reach out, we are here to help you choose with peace of mind.

Question 3

Can I bring my dog, and are there extra fees?

Accepted Answer

Many of our properties happily welcome pets. Some host dogs at no extra charge, while others require a small fee (typically €35 per week). Please contact us before confirming your booking so we can ensure your pet is accommodated perfectly.

Question 4

We need to change our holiday dates. How can we do this?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to adjust your travel dates, subject to availability within our portfolio. Any difference in seasonal pricing will apply. Simply call or email us to find a solution. If no alternative dates can be accommodated, our standard cancellation policy will apply, which is why we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Question 5

Can I cancel my holiday?

You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing via email. You will receive a refund minus the standard cancellation charges, which vary depending on how close you are to your arrival date. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. You can review the full details in our Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to protect yourself should your holiday plans change.

What do we need to do when we arrive?

Once your stay is paid in full, we will send you comprehensive arrival instructions, directions, and emergency contacts. Your dedicated Host will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and show you around. For the smoothest experience, we recommend booking a private transfer with us. Upon arrival, we will just need to view and photograph the passports of all guests to complete the legal registration, and securely process your refundable security deposit.

Question 7

What is the earliest check-in time?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, allowing our housekeeping team the time needed to prepare the villa to our highest standards. However, we always try to accommodate early arrivals. A week before you travel, we will check your expected arrival time. If you arrive early and the villa isn't quite ready, you are welcome to drop your luggage, relax in the garden, or start exploring the neighborhood.

Question 8

Are there extra charges for utilities or heating?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included in your stay. Central heating, where available and required, is metered and charged at €5.00 per m³. Any heating costs will be assessed by your Host at departure and can be settled directly or deducted from the security deposit.

In case of an emergency, always call your Property Manager first for the fastest local assistance. During office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM), you can also reach the Feeling Italy main office.
